Who’s Afraid of the Big Green Guilt?
I’ve “ungreened” a little this week and I need to share. What, you ask, could I have possibly done? I’ll just start by blaming it on bacon grease (vegetarians of all levels - feel free to comment).
You see, I stopped buying paper towels about 6 months ago (very green indeed) - and everything was going along just fine. I always had plenty of random paper napkins from to-go meals--never throwing them away and always putting them to good use!
Until one day, while frying my usual pound of Saturday morning bacon...

Green Guilt
Over the past year, I’ve gotten much more conscientious about what I’m buying and how we’re living. I keep trying to reduce our carbon footprint, buy products with fewer chemicals, etc. So what happens when I suddenly cave and buy a ton of Hamburger Helper because it’s on sale? I feel like crap.
