What Role Do Sports Play in Your Relationship?

I recently posted a humorous entry about becoming a "Football Widow" for the next 6 months or so.  This weekend was the first pre-season football game, and my husband (who has season tix) packed up his tailgaiting  paraphernalia and took off with his buddies for the stadium.

I am thankful that he's really only a football fan and that his sporting interests don't change with the seasons!   While I enjoy a good sporting event.. it sure isn't the be all, end all for me!
