What are you thankful for...

Walking along the crown jewel of Vancouver today, the Stanley Park Seawall, made me think of what I'm thankful for. The sun was shining, the air was clean...and I couldn't help but smile a little smile....and I thought, "what am I thankful for?" Answer: a helluva lot.

Being Thankful

What are you thankful for? A friend of mine who is on Facebook asked this question last November. Being thankful is an important aspect of The Law of Attraction, because the more your thankful for the more will come your way.

Vancouver Ten Years Ago, Vancouver Now

Like this blogger, I am blown away by my current city's natural beauty several times a day. I remember being in Grade 10 Social Studies class when Vancouver was named the "best city in the world to live in" by the UN, based on various demographic variables....
Unfortunately, Vancouver is not what it was 10 years ago. Rather than being "the best city in the world to live in" (UN 2000), it has become "the most unaffordable city to live in" (Canada’s Frontier Centre for Public Policy 2010), as housing costs are...I must say insane, in comparison to working wages...and after the city hosted the Olympics this past February, it has become a broke (financially), police state.

A Time To Be Thankful

When we fail to be thankful for the smallest of things, life and the beauty of life will often just pass us by.
Continuing the conversation started by Chere Michelle, I discuss some of things I am grateful for and why.
