When marketing, it is best to know your audience. Why waste time and money attempting promote a product to the wrong buyers? Why would you want to say the wrong things to that potential client?
The Get Motivated Business Seminar is coming to Indianapolis, so they have been running a lot of radio and print ads. The mistake they made was promoting the speakers in the wrong way. It was a glaring error, which did get the event some attention, but also one they had to fix.
The mistake was clearly a failure to know their audience.
