After having no interest in sports growing up, I finally appreciate the Olympic Games. This post was written as a result of the swelling of Canadian pride I felt at the accomplishments of our athletes at the Games.
What's your perspective? Do you enjoy the Olympics? Why or why not?
I am not going to talk about how Vancouver out-played Chicago. I’m not going to talk about how great Snieder was in net for us starting game six. I’m not going to talk about how shots on goal were clearly in the Canucks favor or that Bieksa had one of the best games I’ve ever seen him play.
No… instead I’m going to rant.
I’m going to rant about the digusting lack of fair officiating going on in the Vancouver-Chicago series.
Finally after a period of a few weeks of top imports turning their backs on the Edinburgh Capitals and seeking new pastures, news of a new signing reaches the fans this morning.
