Running for Your Life

A life crisis -- a severe health scare, the loss of a beloved one, a tragic personal trauma -- is not the only way to find a route to better physical health and mental well-being. In my case, I am running for my life after a serious health scare in my youth. I'd like to be a part of a conversation in which bloggers tell their true stories of how profound and life-enriching and life-extending change became possible for them.

Larry O'Connor's "Running For Your Life" post and new blog. He is so passionate about his newfound healthly living plan and I wanted to share it with others. So, I reissued my original blog post with an intro to Larry's blog and a link. I really think it's important for all of us to establish the same level of passion for our health that Larry has.
