Remembering to dream, or why I posted a $2 million house on my Facebook Page and blog

The other day I posted a link to house in Boulder, listed at just over $2 million dollars.  Why would a working mom with an out-of-work husband and three kids post anything about that being her dream home?  Because I believe that unless I dream big, nothing big will happen.  I am challenging my readers to post their big dreams...and then start making them come true.  Are you up to the challenge?  Do you believe it's possible?

A Challenge to All Dreamers

Inspired by by Seeker at the "This That and The Other" blog in a challenge to live into one's dreams and share what those dreams and actions are, Dan at Dreamstream reflects on what Joseph Campbell and Albert Einstein said about the subject and gifts all dreamers and followers with Einstein's quote with an original digital screensaver painting.

Creating A Vision Board

A vision board and this post, Dream House? Why Not? are very similar in nature. Both create a vision of the future someone wants. Anyone interested in having a better life would do well to create a vision board or do something like Dream House...

Remembering to dream

I am inspired today by Lindsay Shugerman who wrote about the importance of our dreams. I agree. It is so easy to get caught up in the day to day activities. For myself, I know that I didn't have the courage or the wisdom to follow my dreams in my youth...and only now have I began to have the courage to fulfill them. I encourage you today to post your dream on your blog, Facebook, Twitter or anywhere that you will be inspired. It would be great to see and share those images together. Take Lindsay's challenge with me today. I believe we can create an energy of miraculous dream making together...

Take a breath and enjoy the dream

When I grow up I will have the happy family with the big house and be able to travel all the time. That was the mantra of a little girl who was in love with the Disney fairy tale and summer vacations.
Fast forward a few years and well- the prince never showed even though I've kissed way too many toads. I take that back...he showed but he was married or engaged and he already had his own house and was working on the family thing with someone else. Not to worry his creepy stable boy tried to hollar at your girl but when she found out he was living with his parents she politely said no thank-you.
