Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled - When You are Stuck in a Moment
I became "stuck in a moment", a rush of emotion from the last 6 years all of which she has been a part of off and on in my life. I am so thankful for my Lord's words, "Let not my heart be troubled & don't worry about tomorrow" or I'd be miserably stuck in the twilight of those moments from many crushing blows. She is 6 years old now. She is going home to Texas this week and she is still faced with adjusting to some new challenges and changes to yet another home. My daughter once told me, "Mom, kids are resilient, don't worry about Aeva." God, I pray that YOU protect this little one's resilient heart.
Waves of Gratitude has a quote, "Life without a friend is like death without a witness" That says wonderfully how I feel about my grandchildren and I am blessed to have these precious ones witness life with me.
