Overcoming Fear When You Have to Perform

Do you freeze up at auditions or job interviews? Does fear take you over and affect your performance? Check out my blog for tips on overcoming performance anxiety. I used my technique successfully at this year's Canadian Model and Talent Convention during competitions in which I performed a TV commercial, monologue, cold reading, improv, and runway in front of talent agents from around the world.
