My music is dead
Given alot of complaining that's been going on lately, I thought I'd feature one of my thought streams on modern music.
People are forever saying and complaining about the state of the music industry. That it's too commercial, untalented, with no variety etc.
However if you look out for them, there are many bands who go further than their humdrum counterparts.

The Current State Of My Music
After reading Holly Holdsworth's blog, Wuthered Window (specifically, the post entitled My Music Is Dead), I thought I'd share some of my fantastically thought-provoking ideas on the subject.
It's true that the music industry has changed drastically over the past few years. Anyone with only a passing interest in music has no doubt noticed the effect t'Interweb has had on artists and their evil overlords, the giant record labels.

Alive with the Sound of Music...What Music? That Music? Ew!
With the music industry becoming having increasingly tied it is desire for money than that of music, it begins to make one's mind wonder where and what they will do in order to find music that will satisfy their auditory tastes (or in English, find decent music that doesn't suck). As my personal friends have known, I hate most music that is out on modern scene.
