Mommy-hood changes things...
Mommy-hood changes things...and that's great. In fact that is the way it should be if everyone would take it seriously. But I feel as though there are an aweful lot of mommies out there that sugar coat being a mom. In my opinion, not all things about being a mommy are peaches and cream and I feel like it's taboo to talk about that.

Milestones and Mommyhood
As fall starts rusting into our neighborhood, I'm thinking about the milestones that the change of the season marks. Having been a mom for over three years now, and now a mom to two. . . it's good to be able to look back and have a laugh and a heart-warming smile about what it is to be a mom. Jen at Coffeebeans and Daydreams helps me with this in her funny post about motherhood.

Like It Is
Some women may feel it is taboo to talk about the negative aspects of being a mom. I am one mommy who isn't afraid to tell it like it is. I'm sure all mommy's, whether they will admit it or not, can relate to this post. Hopefully you will all get a laugh out of it too. Lord knows you need it!
