The ins and outs of Sourdough

Sourdough is fun to do, and once you get the knack, it is not time consuming to make, you just have to get used to the process. I have been wanting to do this post for over a year...but I am just now getting around to doing it. You will understand if you start reading...as there is so much information, which has taken me trial and error to perfect, and reading this and that, then reading more, and reading even more. My hope is to pack a lot of information here that you will just need once place to gather all that you will need to know to make this process go smoothly.
