Learn about your food
For the past few years I have been looking into how to feed my family better and what we need to do as a society to change what we are offered in the store. Grass Fed animals products are what we need to eat. Our children are being fed a steady diet of products that are processed in some factory and we have lost sight of the family farm.

Finding the Perfect One
After watching Food, Inc, I wanted to find better foods to eat. I wanted to make sure the food I was eating was made by honest people, and the animals were not treated poorly. This post inspired me further to not give my hopes up, and to continue to strive to find food that is healthier, and not be as concerned with paying a little more.
