The End Of The Filibuster
What happens now? Let's forget about just health care for now (I know, that's difficult!). Congress has just changed the rules forever. The method utilized by the Dems means that the filibuster is dead. Nothing will stop any bill that the majority wants passed now. All that needs to be done is to pass anything on any topic with the 60 votes and then put in what they really want with a simple majority.

Is the Filibuster Dead?
This bit of punditry asks if the filibuster is dead now that the Democrats have so aggressively pushed past it. My contention is that it isn't.
