On Being alone

Now that I have a family I am hardly ever alone. Come to think of it I was never alone before I had a family and now I find that I am not very good at it. This post is about the weekend my family was away and I got to practice being alone and being good with it.

I'm a Loner, Dottie, A Rebel

I've spent quite a bit of time alone over the past few years. I'd like to say I've learned how to be alone without being lonely, but it's a hit or miss kind of thing. Sometimes you love it, sometimes you don't. In the end, I guess it's just something we all have to learn: how to be okay with being alone.
I came across a video written and produced by Andrea Dorfman and Tanya Davis. I thought I'd post it on here because I found it very inspiring (I've actually been back to watch it several times since). Let me know your thoughts!
