Anti-Kraft Mac & Cheese & Sweet Bambina Apple Pies

I am Anti-Kraft.  That made sure that I never get any sponsorships from them hehe!  Kraft mac & cheese was a luxury in my house…except I hated it.  My mom massacred it beyond recognition.  The noodles were soggy and fell apart.  She didn’t use milk in it just margarine.  My dad who’s idea of a meal was hot dogs and popcorn made it taste edible…he even put other cheeses in it.  You know the non powdered variety.  The majority of the time it was the el cheapo stuff. Not generic.  THE EL CHEAPO STUFF. The stuff you would get from a 1 dollar store..but they sell it for 50 cents. My mom said I was fussy.  No mom I just like good food.  So once I was out of the house I never touched the stuff.  On the rare occasion my mom would make homemade macaroni and cheese.  This is what she did.
