Ailurophobes -
I'm certainly not an ailurophobe. What about you?
An ailurophobe is a person with an irrational fear or hatred of cats. Famous ailurophobes from history include William Shakespeare, Ghengis Khan, Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar. But my favourite ailurophobe was the French Emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte who was known to break into a sweat at the mere mention of a cat. Exiled to the rat infested island of St Helena, the generous hearted English people decided to help by sending a ship load of cats....see the blog post for the full story.
