5 Days Of Blog Promotion Using SeededBuzz

Day 1

What is a Seed?
Planting is a Seed is you telling other bloggers about your blog post and inviting them to continue the conversation on their blog and link back to you.

The better the Seed conversation and the more extendable / debatable it is, the more other bloggers will Buzz about it on their blogs and link to you. That's why suggesting ideas on how a Seed conversation could be developed is a good idea.

What is Buzz?
Buzz happens when you or another blogger picks up on, writes about and links to a Seed and submits it on the same page as the Seed itself.

Like with Seeds, Buzz submissions can also tell the community about how they have managed to carry on the Seed conversation by submitting their Buzz on the site.

Like with Seeds, member will click through to your blog to read the full version of the post, so submitting Buzz is a great way to get free traffic as well as links.

Buzzing is also how you can earn more than you monthly quota of Seed credits.

Day 2

Day 2's Mission - Add Buzz To A Seed

Find Seeds you like
Tag them using the green tick button so you'll have a record of which Seeds you liked and propose to write about
Write about, write and publish a blog post on the one of your tagged Seeds on your blog (make sure you've linked to the Seed owners blog post within your post).
Then submit your post back to SeededBuzz on the Seed page that inspired your post (the Seed you tagged)

Doing this will have:

Added more interesting content to your site
Alerted another blogger (the Seed owner) to you and your blog and made you a new friend
Promoted your blog to other community members reading the same Seed
Helped you earn additional Seed credits of your own

Day 3

Day 3's Mission - Get Another Blogger To Write For You

Most high traffic blogs have multiple authors / contributors.

The best way of finding other bloggers to write for you is to accept Guest Posts. SeededBuzz makes this an easy by allowing you to invite Guest Posts on Seeds of your choice.

Day 3's Mission is to get another blogger to write for you. To do this you need to:

Find Seeds you would like another blogger to write about
Click the light blue button 'Click to get Guest Post offers on this Seed' to invite the community to approach you via our Private Message system
Talk to bloggers interested in writing for you via PM and chose one you want to work with
Take delivery of the Guest Post and publish it with an introduction to the author writing for you and a link to their blog
Submit the Guest Post as Buzz on the original Seed page, and in doing so, promote your blog
Remove your invite by going back to the Seed original Seed
Repeat the process, make lots of new blogger friends and publish more posts than ever

Day 4

Day 4's Mission - Write A Guest Post

If you want to introduce your work to readers of other blogs, and get yourself valuable backlinks to your blog, write a Guest Post for another blogger.

SeededBuzz makes this an easy by allowing you to view Seeds that have Guest Buzz invites and Private Message the blogger that has published the invite.

Day 4's Mission is to write a Guest Post. To do this you'll need to:

Find a Seed you like with a visible Guest Post invite
View the Guest Buzz Invites and visit the blog that has published the invite
If you like the idea of having a post published on the blog, Private Message the blog owner and start the conversation
If you're both happy with what you're proposing, write the post and send the post to them for publishing
They will then publish the post, including an introduction to you (the author) and a link to your blog
Repeat the process, make lots of new blogger friends and publish more posts than ever
